Jennifer Pederson has been a full time REALTOR® since 2003, and is licensed throughout the country. She has been actively involved within the Snohomish County Camano Association of REALTORS® since 2016, when she began attending the Government Affairs and Communications Committee meetings. Jenn also served as SCCAR’s Vice President of Communications in both 2018 & 2019, and then as President-Elect in 2020, and was your SCCAR President in 2021.

Jennifer has also served the Women's Council of REALTORS® Greater Snohomish as the 2016 Membership Director, the 2017 President-Elect and then as the 2018 Local Network President. She continued to serve the Washington State Women's Council of REALTORS® in 2019 as their State Governor, then President-Elect in 2020, and State President in 2021.

In 2022, Jenn has continued serving SCCAR as the Immediate Past President, a State Director, and as a Government Affairs and Communications Committee member. She was recently elected as Washington REALTORS'® 2023 Vice President Elect of Membership and will be serving on WR’s Executive Committee.

For anyone who knows Jenn, they know how committed she is to the Board of REALTORS®. She really embodies that REALTOR®-spirit, and is an amazing cheerleader for the REALTOR® Associations. Her passion for the REALTOR® ‘ohana (family) and the principles of the REALTOR® organization are infectious. Jenn is passionate about serving our members and the industry.
