Board of Directors Meeting – CANCELED
Board Meets on the 1st Tuesday of the Month. The mission of the Snohomish County-Camano Association of REALTORS® is to affect and promote policies that value home ownership, recognize the key role of REALTORS® and enable members to accomplish this with integrity.” All real estate licensees are not the same. Only real estate licensees who are members of the national association of REALTORS® are properly called REALTORS®. REALTORS® are committed to treat all parties of a transaction honestly

Communications Committee
The Communications Committee oversees internal and external communications efforts by SCCAR. Including the technical equipment and data as well as programmatic functions in support of these activities. The Communications Committee also supports external activities, charitable fund raising, and all events organized through the Snohomish County-Camano Association of REALTORS®.
All SCCAR Members are welcome to attend.

RPAC Week
June 16th – 20th is RPAC Week! REALTOR® Political Action Committee
SCCAR Board members will be reaching out to members on June 18th to see if they would like to invest into RPAC. RPAC works toward advancing policies & candidates which protect the real estate industry. RPAC allows REALTORS® to have political representation for their business and their clients at the local, state, and national level.

3CE Class – CORE; Current Issues in Washington Real Estate
All classes are FREE for our active SCCAR Members!
The Washington State Real Estate Commission and the Department of Licensing have adopted rules that require the completion of a minimum 3.0 clock hours of prescribed core curriculum. The mandatory clock hours must be included in the 30 hours required for all active licensees.

Government Affairs Committee
Government Affairs Committee meetings are on the third Wednesday of every month at 10am-11am, (unless otherwise specified.) This Committee coordinates and promote legislation within Snohomish County recognizing private property rights and the interests of the real estate industry, and to defend against legislation, which is detrimental to property rights and the ability of families to purchase homes.
All SCCAR Members are welcome to attend.

“Golf & Give” is a charity golf tournament to raise money for the REALTORS® Care Charitable Fund. This fund was first developed in 1991 by REALTORS® in Snohomish County.
